Are you a financial contributor, housing provider, or in-kind partner?
Is your contribution an investment or a donation?
On the investment side, contributions to the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) will take an equity stake in the overall portfolio, a mixed-affordable housing project, or a mixed-market housing project with a 10-year timeframe.
For donations, contributions will receive a charitable receipt and the CHA’s foundation will take an equity stake in a deeply affordable housing project expected to have a significant social return but no financial return.
